8-Week Body Transformation Challenge

We are excited to announce our new 8-week body transformation challenge is here!

If you have been lacking the motivation and inspiration to reach your fitness goals this year, join our 8-week body transformation challenge and let us help you become the best version of you.

This challenge will guide you to achieve your goals with a comprehensive body scan to help determine your fitness goals at the beginning and at the end of the challenge to measure your results. The intense boot camp style sessions are designed to push you and greatly improve your fitness abilities. 

Along with guided exercise, we will provide you with nutritional guidance and recommendations to help your change your eating habits and teach you how to fuel your body to gain the best results.

The classes will be held outdoors (using indoor facilities dependent on the weather) on Tuesday, Thursday at 6.30 am and Saturday at 8.30am. You will also have access to a trainer for around the clock support.

What you will get:

3 Sessions per week

Body Composition Analysis Scan (Pre and Post)

Goal setting and progress tracking

Nutrition Advice

Ongoing support from Qualified Trainers and Exercise Scientists

Use of the Deakin University Elite Sporting Precinct

Home Ab and HIIT Workout
