With summer upon us it is the perfect time to smash your fitness goals and take it to a new level with our 6-week challenge to help you achieve your fitness goals! Join our challenge and let us help you become the best version of you.
This challenge will guide you to achieve your goals with a comprehensive body scan at the beginning and end of the challenge to measure your results. These high intensity sessions are designed to push you and greatly improve your fitness abilities.
Along with guided exercise, we will provide you with nutritional guidance and recommendations to help you change your eating habits and teach you how to fuel your body to gain the best results.
As part of the challenge you will get three one hour sessions per week to help push you to your limits and help you achieve your fitness goals!

Dates and Times: The challenge kick starts on Tuesday October 31 2017
